We will spend it at your place. Starting in the morning, I'll get to know your habits: when you get up, what your morning ritual is, how much and how efficiently you work, what you eat and how you prepare your meals. Even what shops you shop at and what shopping decisions you make. Do you have time to train and, if so, how you train, with what attitude and what are the results. We will spend one of your daily days together. I'll get to know you and we'll do an hour-plus workout together. I will take notes and analyse what we can improve to help you get to success. I know from experience that 80% people never get the physique they want because of a few habits that can be successfully swapped for ones that produce optimal results.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

It won't be a perfect day, just one of many. You will see what and how I eat, where I shop, how I cook. This has helped me learn about patterns, habits and how the thinking process is carried out. This is one of your most important days. We spend it together again. From the morning, you show me what your new life looks like, what you have learned, what you have implemented, how you feel about it and how your figure is changing and how others treat you. Still, I do the analysis and write down what we should improve and work on. When you create a new, better version of yourself then I can continue to help you to look younger and fresher for longer. I am convinced, and firmly believe, that our collaboration will be long-lasting. This allows me to come down more than twice the price and set a promotional price of 500 z\u0142 per day.
