What method is used to achieve this effect?

What is the procedure like?
Fotona Endolifting 3D is non-invasive laser facial rejuvenation. Combination of four treatment stages in one treatment. Visit time approx. 1h.
1. Endolifting
The procedure is short and painless.
This stage involves the non-ablative action of the Er: Yag laser inside the oral cavity. The aim of this stage is filling of nasolabial furrows and increasing tissue tension and elasticity treated with laser.
2 FraC3D
Full face treatment. Perceptible heat during the treatment, neutralised by a special cooling system.
The non-ablative action of the laser beam on the deeper layers of the skin. The aim of this stage is shallowing of fine wrinkles, improvement of skin quality, and even skin tone.
2 Piano
Full face treatment. Perceptible heat during the treatment, neutralised by a special cooling system.
It involves long exposure to an Nd: Yag laser light to a depth of about 6 mm, causing deep thermolifting. The effect is firming, thickening the skin, improving skin quality, skin condition and skin tone.
The FOTONA DYNAMIS SP laser is the most powerful combination of two technologies, the Nd: Yag and Er: Yag laser.
With the fusion of these two lasers in a single device, we have the widest range of ablative and non-ablative treatments that a single laser system can offer. Gentlemen : shave your face the day before. The treatment area should be hair-free.
Ladies and Gentlemen:
- Do not perform deep peels for 3 months prior to treatment.
- Ideally, do not tan your skin 3 weeks before the treatment.
- Discontinue retinol medication six months before the procedure.
Stop drinking photosensitive herbs, e.g. St. John's wort, calendula, field horsetail, two weeks before the procedure.
The first noticeable effect of skin tightening is immediately after the treatment. The skin undergoes remodelling and the final effect is visible after the process is complete - within 1-3 months.

The treatment consists of 3 stages. Each is accompanied by a different sensation. The first two are very comfortable. A gentle warmth is felt. The last stage is used together with a cooling system, making it painless.
