For several hours after the lip augmentation and modelling procedure, excessive expression within the lips should be avoided, as well as touching and massaging the injection sites. Overexposure to sunlight and heat (solarium, sunlight, sauna) should be avoided for about three days.
- Exercise should be avoided immediately after the procedure.
- Regardless of the means used - swelling is a natural reaction of the body to the injection. It is not an indicator of a medical condition and should disappear within a few days. Consultation is advisable if swelling persists for more than 2-3 days and there are concomitant symptoms of inflammation, i.e. significant redness, soreness and increase in temperature of the affected tissues.
- You will achieve the best visual results if you do not delay the 'maintenance' treatment.
