This is why the Wellclinic team went for a training weekend at the Anders Hotel in Stare Jabłonkito summarise best six months in the history of the Clinic and gain a new dose of knowledge and inspiration. All this in order to support our patients at an even higher level in the the road to longevity.

These were 2 days full of inspiration, learning and integration. Our team returned with heads full of new ideas and hearts full of motivation to keep going. We share with you the behind-the-scenes of this special event.

Workshop with Ireneusz Osinski - learning from the best.

The highlight and highlight of the trip was a workshop led by a prominent trainer Ireneusz Osiński - lecturer Gdansk School of Banking and the Supervisor of the "Leadership Psychology" course on University of Tourism and Hotel Management in Gdansk, Founder and Chairman of the Foundation for Talent Development and Board Representative for Business Relationships Union of Pomeranian Employers.

Irenaeus is an excellent speaker, networker and business mentorwho is able to impart his knowledge and experience in a unique way. His energy and passion for working with people could be felt at every turn, and his training methods inspired us to look at our work from a new perspective.

Intensive training programme: From theory to practice.

The workshop programme was intensive and very varied. We focused on many aspects of our work, from summarising the the best six months in the company's history through the improvement of professional skills to the development of additional competences. We discussed the most spectacular metamorphoses our patients from last month.

Ireneusz Osiński shared many valuable tips on effective communication and an out-of-the-box perspective on working through everyday challenges. Practical examples and interactive exercises allowed us to actively participate and immediately applying the knowledge gained in practice.
