Familiarise yourself with the contraindications to rule out any obstacles to the procedure.
Refrain from resurfacing, dermabrasion or deep chemical peeling of the facial skin 3 months before your planned treatment.
If you are taking isotretinoin, complete the treatment 12 months before the procedure.
Watch out for facial skin irritation and injuries.
Immediately before the treatment itself, remove any jewellery from the application area.
You may also have your make-up removed and any cosmetics removed from the facial area. If you do not have this option, the specialist will ensure that your skin is thoroughly cleansed before the treatment.
