Photodepilation is one of the methods of laser hair removal. It is a procedure that permanently removes hair follicles in a selected area of the body. It is based on the action of light beams on the hair, which weaken the bulbs and eliminate hair. There are two methods of photodepilation - laser and IPL. Laser photodepilation is more effective, but IPL photodepilation allows wavelengths to be matched to hair and skin type. The treatment is particularly effective for ladies with thick and dark hair, which more easily absorbs the (destructive) light beams sent out.
