The 4D endolifting is a laser facial treatment, performed thanks to the Fotona 4D device. The innovative method involves thickening skin tissue by changing the structure of collagen fibres, not only from the outside but also from the inside through the mouth. Course of the 4D endolift
Before each procedure performed, we carry out a thorough interview with the patient in order to obtain information on possible contraindications. The Fotona device used to perform facial endolifts is safe and does not cause complications, so qualification for the procedure does not exclude anyone in most cases. We use the highest technology - 4D endolifting is a guarantee of high quality and a natural smoothing effect without interfering with the body.
The first step after starting the treatment is Endolifting. This stage involves the non-ablative action of the Er Yag laser inside the mouth. The aim of facial endolifting is to fill in the nasolabial furrows and increase the tone and elasticity of the tissues treated with the laser.
The second stage is FraC3D, which is the action of laser beams on the deeper layers of the skin. During treatment, the heat emitted by the laser is neutralised by a special cooling system. The aim is to plump up fine wrinkles, improve skin quality, and even out skin tone.
This is followed by the Piano stage. It involves long exposure to an ND:Yag laser light to a depth of about 6 mm, causing deep facial thermolifting. The effect is firming, thickening of the skinóry, improving the quality, condition of the skinóry and its tension. As in the case of FraC3D, the perceptible heat emitted during laser activity is neutralised by a special cooling system.
The final step is the Superfacial. It consists of performing a gentle laser peel, or so-called ablation. The use of the Er:Yag laser completes the previous three steps of the treatment. The result is a smoothed skin surface that regains its velvety smoothness.
