Stanislaw Oleksiejuk is a development strategist who combines the world of medical innovation with human leadership and operational effectiveness. Professional experience

Stanislaw brings over eight years of experience in managing the premium segment of the medical industry, combining practical knowledge with business acumen.

From 2017 to 2020, he was co-owner and managing director of the Warsaw Medical Centre, focusing on modern diagnostics, dietetics and regenerative medicine - supporting patients to improve health, performance and longevity.

He previously founded Cryosport, distributing innovative Swiss technology in physiotherapy and regeneration. He introduced to the Polish market innovations in aesthetic medicine and products from foreign brands, actively building international relationships between science, technology and practice.

Today, these experiences translate into a unique approach to clinic development - focused on the outcome, the team and patient trust.

Education

Graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, majoring in Global Business, Finance and Governance. His education at one of the best business schools in Europe has given him a solid foundation for creating strategies for growth, expansion and management of a premium organisation.

He actively participates in international congresses (AMWC Monte Carlo, LAHA, LNE), which allows him to implement the latest global solutions into Wellclinic - faster, bolder and more effectively than the competition.

Stanislaw is also the creator of the concept of GamePlans and the Wellclinic Management School - a proprietary development system that elevates teams and drives clinic growth every day. His leadership style inspires action, collaboration and the achievement of seemingly impossible goals.
