Laser peeling - laser action
At Wellclinic, we work with the Fotona laser platform, which is a state-of-the-art invention for treatments. The FOTONA F22 fractional laser treatment operates with an erbium-yag laser. The beam creates low-temperature micro-column injuries in the skin, and the coolness emitted engages the skin to regenerate much faster. With the F22 scanner, we achieve a strong stimulation of the repair processes in the skin, which allow for a short recovery.
The laser intensity is selected according to the individual characteristics of the patient's skin. There are three types of treatment: gentle 1TP4Squishing, medium 1TP4Squishing and deep 1TP4Squishing. The first produces a minimal złissue of the top layer of the skin and, with subsequent treatments, the intensity increases up to the level of ablation at the level of the papillary layer of the dermis. The deep złissue of the epidermis removes deep discolouration, deep wrinkles, scars and furrows. Furthermore, it tightens sagging skin and gets rid of unevenness.
Advantages of laser peeling
Benefiting from a laser peel involves a short treatment that, although effective in its effects, does not require the patient to have a long recovery period. The laser works on multiple substrates, so if you are struggling with wrinkles and acne scars, for example, a visit to the medical office can solve two problems in one treatment. The most intensive type of laser peel leaves behind only a redness that lasts on the facial skin for only a few days. This is the complete opposite of traditional chemical peels, which injure the skin and require lengthy healing.

Procedure of laser peeling

The patient's skin is then thoroughly cleansed. We do not need to anaesthetise the face before switching on the laser platform, as pain sensations are already reduced during the treatment. Skin irradiation lasts approximately 30 minutes, after which the client can return to their daily activities.
