Mesotherapy using platelet-rich plasma, a substance taken from the human body. The plasma is fully compatible with the body, so there is no risk of allergic or immunological reactions. Mesococktails used in mesotherapy are preparations that combine the properties of many different substances. They have specific properties, selected by the doctor and tailored to the individual needs of the patient. Mesococktails used in needle mesotherapy produce excellent skin rejuvenation effects.
Mesotherapy with hyaluronic acid
For hyaluronic acid mesotherapy, only the highest-grade preparations are used, which contain a high concentration of hyaluronic acid. Anti-aging mesotherapy: preparation for treatment
In order to minimise the negative reaction even further and to promote the healing process and ensure the best possible result from the treatment, it is advisable to follow the recommendations:
- If you are taking blood-thinning medication, you should consult your GP about your intention to perform the procedure and consider discontinuing them in the perioperative period.
- Exercise should be avoided immediately after the procedure.
- If you are susceptible to herpes consider prophylactic use of an antiviral drug such as acyclovir before surgery.
- Avoid drinking alcohol on the day of surgery
- Do not apply cosmetics to the injected area for 48 hours.
- Avoid sunbathing or using saunas.
Remember - regardless of the measures used - swelling is a natural reaction of the body to the injection. It is not an indicator of a medical condition and should disappear within a few days. Consultation is advisable if the swelling lasts longer than 2-3 days and there are concomitant symptoms of inflammation, i.e. significant redness, soreness and increase in temperature of the affected tissues.
Remember - you will achieve the best visual results if you don't delay the 'maintenance' treatment. In the case of mesotherapy, we recommend another treatment in 2-4 weeks.
Anti-aging mesotherapy course of treatment
At Well Clinic, this treatment is always preceded by a detailed health history of the client and the exclusion of any contraindications. The skin is then subjected to make-up removal, cleansing and disinfection. In order to minimise discomfort and pain sensations, the skin for the procedure may be additionally anaesthetised with an anaesthetic cream.
After the procedure, slight bruising may occur at the puncture sites which will disappear after 1-2 days.

For maximum and long-lasting results, an individualised plan is established at the consultation.
