During the year-end wrap-up, we were pleased to honour those who have particularly distinguished themselves through their work and commitment.

Presented by Well Awardswhich have become a symbol of recognition for exceptional achievements:

• • Cosmetologist of the Year title received Oliwia Ziobrowska - for the outstanding professionalism, excellent treatment results and relationship building with patients that distinguish Wellclinic.

• • Commitment of the Year awarded Angelika Skorupka, who prove every day that passion and a constant desire to help are the key pillars of Wellclinic's success.

• • Award Wellstreet wolf gained Paulina Konopka - for determination, creativity and the constant pursuit of new records.

• • The prize for Attitude of the Year we honoured Zuzanna Filipczukwho inspires the whole team with her empathy, professionalism and positive energy.

A unique moment of the ceremony was also the announcement of the appointments to the posts of Vice Managers of Reception. Victoria Makowska and Zuzanna Filipczuk were recognised for their commitment and organisational skills. Thus, they took on new roles at our clinics in Gdansk and Warsaw respectively.

The Art of Winning - Wellclinic's first Management School in the industry

At Wellclinic, we believe that success is built on a solid foundation of knowledge, experience and continuous development. Therefore, as the first clinic in aesthetic medicine we have created School of Management, which is a unique educational project focused on developing the skills of leaders and managers.

At our year-end gala, we were proud to present diplomas of graduation from the Wellclinic Management School to those who have persevered to improve their competences.

Our Management School is a programme designed for leaders who want to set new standards in the aesthetic medicine industry. As a result, we are able to respond even more effectively to the needs of our patients, providing them with the highest level of care.

Before and After - Best Effects 2024

One of the most exciting moments of the gala was the awarding of the competition "Before and After - Best Effects 2024".which recognised the spectacular results of our team's work. The winners were Paula Bołoz i Maria Wyrwas. As a result, they have been awarded a unique prize - a trip to AMWC Conference 2025 in Monte Carlo, the largest medical congress in the world. This prestigious event will allow them to gain the latest knowledge as well as be inspired by industry leaders.

Special guests and training on the latest trends

During the gala, we hosted prominent speakers who shared their knowledge and inspiration, pointing to the directions of aesthetic medicine. Tomasz Radziwanowski In a lecture on the przyszłity of the medical industry, he emphasised the importance of technology, personalisation of services and a holistic approach. At the same time, he drew attention to societal challenges. Kamil Dynerowicz focused on building trust in relationships with Patients. He therefore provided practical tips for communication based on empathy and professionalism. Jakub Czarnecki told his inspiring story of transformation entitled 'My road to victory'. His authenticity and emotional story touched every participant, reminding them of the importance of willpower and determination in achieving goals.

The lectures provided fresh perspectives and practical tools to support our development and better respond to patients' needs.

Plans for 2025 - from the perspective of Wellclinic's CEO

The 2024 Gala culminated with an inspiring keynote address by CEO Wellclinic, Krzysztof Reinhard. Summing up the successes, he presented ambitious plans for 2025 year: developing innovative treatments, expanding the range of offerings with the latest technologies and continuing to invest in team development. He stressed that the priority remains health and patient satisfaction and strengthening Wellclinic's position as an industry leader.

A year of success and new opportunities

An evening in Natural Hotel Eco & Conference was unforgettable. At the Christmas Eve table the whole Wellclinic teamto celebrate successes together. It was a moment full of emotion, joy and thanks for a year together.

The atmosphere of the venue - surrounded by the Masurian countryside - was conducive to reflecting on what has been achieved and gave motivation for action in przyszłości.

The year 2024 was a time of records, growth and mutual inspiration for Wellclinic. Thanks to the dedication of our team and the trust of our Patients, we look back with pride at przyszłość.
