PLike volumetrics, endolifting leads to facial skin tightening, gentle slimming and the removal of external imperfections. We make it with a laser Fotona Dynamis Sp Pro. Effective improvement of the skin condition and reduction of the signs of ageing is achieved through laser beams, which penetrate the deeper parts of the skin and treat them from the inside. The innovative method involves thickening skin tissue by changing the structure of collagen fibres, not only from the outside, but also from the inside through the cavity. It is particularly recommended for those with deepened nasolabial furrows and visible marionette lines and is selected according to the individual patient's needs.
An alternative to volumetrics - how does the procedure work?
We use a Fotona device to perform facial endolifting, which is safe and has no complications. 4D endolifting is a guarantee of high quality and natural smoothing effect without interfering with the body. The first step after starting the treatment is Endolifting. This stage involves the non-ablative action of the Er Yag laser inside the mouth. The aim of facial endolifting is to fill in nasolabial furrows and increase the tone and elasticity of laser-treated tissues. The second stage is FraC3D, which is the action of laser beams on the deeper layers of the skin. The aim is to shallow fine wrinkles, improve skin quality, and even out skin tone. This is followed by the Piano stage, which is a long exposure to the ND:Yag laser light to a depth of approximately 6 mm. The result is firming, thickening the skin, improving skin quality, skin condition and skin tone. As in the case of FraC3D, the perceptible heat emitted during laser activity is neutralised by a special cooling system. The final step is the Superfacial, which is a gentle laser peel. The use of the Er:Yag laser completes the previous three treatment steps. The result is a smoothed skin surface that regains its velvety smoothness.
4D endolifting versus facial volumetrics
Both treatments - both volumetrics as well as endolifting - are extremely effective and safe. The appropriate choice of treatment depends on the capabilities of each relative to the patient's skin condition and needs. Volumetrics is a one-off treatment that needs to be repeated after approximately 6 months. Endolifting, on the other hand, provides for 1 to 4 appointments, so the effects are much longer lasting. Immediately after the facelift, the skin tightens immediately and is not covered with redness, known after volumetrics. Which to choose - laser or injection treatment? There is no clear answer to this question. Before making a choice, it is advisable to go for a consultation with our doctor, who will determine the possibilities of each treatment.
