Crow's feet are facial wrinkles that appear around the eyes and are one of the first signs of skin ageing. They become apparent before the age of thirty, as a result of a loss of skin elasticity due to collagen and elastin deficiency. Crow's feet, also known as character lines or laughter lines, appear earliest in people with high facial expressions. They mainly form when smiling and squinting.
