Carboxytherapy is a body contouring procedure using carbon dioxide, which has a multifaceted effect. The gas is injected subcutaneously and intradermally using the method of needle mesotherapy. It increases blood supply to the tissues and dilates blood vessels. With carboxytherapy, tissues are better oxygenated and nourished.

During the treatment, collagen synthesis is stimulated and the elastinsby which skin becomes tighter. The result of carboxytherapy is an acceleration of the metabolic processes of fat tissue and its mechanical damage, resulting in slimming. It is characterised by high safety and the treatment is definitely painful.
