Thermoplastics is another division of treatments using radio waves. Doctors usually recommend them for flabby skin, which becomes less elastic with age. The emission of radio waves from the treatment device causes the skin to heat up from within, resulting in the skinning of collagen fibres and immediate skin tightening. Tissue modelling can be useful in fight against cellulite, the oval shape of the face and filling in wrinkles. One of the treatments, which uses radio waves, is performed with the BTL Unison device.
