Hyaluronidase

Hyaluronidase is an enzyme that breaks down hyaluronic acid. It occurs naturally in the human body, as well as in animals. Owing to its properties, it is used in various fields of medicine, including ophthalmology, dermatology and gynaecology. In aesthetic medicine Hyaluronidase is primarily used to reverse the effects of treatments involving hyaluronic acid.
