Valley of tears are elongated and narrow depressions of the skin under the eyes. The depressions form from the inner corner of the eye down to the cheek, in the same way tears flow. A prominent tear valley ages and gives the appearance of a perpetually tired face. Filling the tear valley consists of injection of hyaluronic acid.
