Chinoplasty
Chinoplasty, also known as mentoplasty, is a procedure designed to correct the shape and proportions of the chin. It may involve altering its structure, reducing excess fat or improving skin tone. The aim of the procedure is to achieve a more harmonious appearance of the lower face.
Surgical chin surgery It is an invasive procedure which may require incisions and a longer recovery period. In cases where there is only a small amount of excess fat, non-surgical methods may be an alternative, such as chin lipolysis.
If the main issue is skin laxity, treatments are used to improve skin firmness, including, amongst others, HIFU II and radiofrequency. The choice of method depends on the cause of the problem, the structure of the face and the desired result.
