Using which method do we achieve this effect?
In aesthetic medicine clinics you will find many technologies that can remove cellulite more or less effectively. Despite its enormous popularity, endermology will be the least effective. It is true that it is a nice treatment and there are effects, as long as you have time to repeat it, often even 15 times, and this does not guarantee that the cellulite will disappear permanently. Radio frequency – radio wave
It is the most modern technology when it comes to non-invasive stimulation of the synthesis of new collagen and elastin in the skin. By increasing the temperature of the dermis and subcutaneous tissue above 40 degrees Celsius, radio waves improve blood supply to the tissues and make subcutaneous fat cells (adipocytes) easier to get rid of accumulated fat stores. Their number is also decreasing. The skin becomes firmer, and the body part that was treated becomes more slender.
The acoustic wave
The acoustic wave causes vibrations in the connective tissue, breaking down the fibrosis that makes the orange peel. Thanks to shock waves, the membranes of fat cells are damaged, which accelerates the lipolysis process (fat release and metabolism). In addition, blood circulation and micro-lymphatic circulation are improved. What is the course of the procedure?
Effective and permanent cellulite removal
We put a gentle conductive gel on your clean skin. A qualified cosmetologist will put the head to the skin and make circular movements while emitting radio and acoustic waves. The tip of the applicator will be in contact with the tissues all the time, warming them up and mobilizing them to firm and slim. You will feel warmth, reminiscent of a hot stone massage, and vibrations. The optimal temperature for the treatment – 40-45 degrees Celsius – will be achieved in just 90 seconds from the start of the treatment. This is important because all the remaining time will be used to effectively stimulate tissue remodeling.
The duration of the procedure is approximately 20-40 minutes.
At WellClinic, this procedure is always preceded by a detailed health interview of the client and the exclusion of any contraindications. Then the skin is cleaned and disinfected. - Remember not to perform deep peels and ablation treatments in the area you intend to treat with the BTL UNISON device for 3 months before the procedure.
- Two days before the treatment, start hydrating your body. Make sure to drink 2-3 liters of water a day.
- On the day of the procedure, put on comfortable and casual clothes, such clothes will make the procedure easier to do.
- You will be asked to remove your jewelry.
- The treatment area should be hairless, we recommend that you shave thoroughly before the treatment.
Research by BTL has shown that in order to achieve optimal results, a series of 4 treatments should be performed, preferably at weekly intervals, and possibly also every 3-10 days. This is a very short therapy compared to other series dedicated for the body, where up to 10 treatments are recommended to get rid of imperfections. If the problem is advanced (e.g. advanced cellulite), however, you must be prepared for additional treatments.

We evaluate the treatment as for its effectiveness, compared to other similar treatments as very comfortable. Only warmth and gentle vibrations are felt. As the treatment does not require convalescence, you can return to your daily activities immediately afterwards. Thanks to this, this procedure can be performed even during a break from work.
Your skin will be red for a moment at the treatment site. This means that the tissues have reached the right temperature and an intense slimming and firming process has begun in your body. The erythema will only last for several to several dozen minutes. This is perfectly normal. For 4 days after treatment, continue to hydrate with a minimum of 2 liters of water every day. Thanks to this, you will achieve better results, your body will get rid of the released fat and toxins faster. After the treatment, the skin may be dry, moisturize it with a standard body lotion. We will tell you about it at the clinic. In rare cases, slight itching of the skin may occur, and – in people susceptible to this type of lesion – small hematomas or ecchymoses which disappear after a few days.
